HIGH5 is our replacement application for ECC Online

As of June 1, 2019, First 5 Alameda County is pleased to announce HIGH5.  HIGH5 is the next generation application that replaces ECC Online.  It allows you to register for  trainings and events. It also supports community partners to provide required reporting for contracts and awards.
